Haven private hire has this 3 bedroom caravan that sleeps 8 for hire at the Littlesea Holiday park in Weymouth Dorset.

Haven private hire has been letting caravans since January and have just upgraded many fixtures and fittings to provide a more homely feel.     

It has decking with comfy bistro furniture to sit and enjoy the stunning views.

There is a fully equipped kitchen if you choose to eat in with Microwave, toaster, kettle, large fridge freezer etc with some complementary tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and basic essentials to get you eased in to your holiday, and some balls and gravey bones for the four legged members

2 Tv's with the front room one being a top of the range smart tv and anotherone in the master bedroom.

Check out is by 10am. Later checkout can be accommodated by mid-day at a cost of £35.00 (this will also be charged at £45.00 on day of check out)

*A security & damages deposit of £150.00 is required at the time of booking* this is addition to the cost of accommodation.

Haven facilities are accessed via the purchase of entertainment passes. These are to be purchased from Reception, the cost of which is NOT included in the caravan rental price. Please see Haven website for entertainment passes
All facilities are under Haven ruling and are subject to their term & conditions - please see Haven website for more information 

As per Haven policies, we are unable to accommodate stag or hen parties.
If any of Haven rules are broken and you are asked to leave, you will not be refunded any monies paid - including the breakages deposit.

Only those listed on the booking confirmation will be able to stay in the caravan - to the maximum of 8 persons - Upon booking, all names, dates of birth, addresses and telephone contact details for each person must be provided. Lead person driving licence ID must be given and car registration is required.

NO BBQ on decking or surrounding areas please.
No smoking within our holiday home or on the decking.
*These will result in the loss of deposit

In the unlikely event of breakages, please let us know immediately - accidents do happen - cups, glasses and plates will not impact on your deposit.

We offer 3, 4, 7 and 14 night stays. If you wish to carry on your holiday and we have availability, we may be able to extend your stay.

The key is locked away in a key safe. The code will be given to you the day before arrival. Any key that is lost will be subtracted from your deposit at a cost of £20.

We require an £150.00 deposit/breakages payment along with 10% of your booking which will secure your booking dates. This is non-refundable for cancellations with in 8 weeks of your booking. Security deposit is refunded once the caravan has been checked following your departure and everything is found to be in order, can take up to three working days from the day of issue to show in your account but normal within 24hrs. The caravan must be return in the same order as accepted on the day of arrival. All bins must be emptied & cleaned.

Damages, theft, stains and/or any evidence of smoking or BBQ on decking will result in full loss of the security deposit.

Regrettably, if you have paid in full we do have a cancellation charge of:

More than 8 weeks: 15% of booking

Less than 8 weeks: 50% of booking

less than 4 weeks 75% of booking

less than 2 weeks 90% of booking 

We kindly ask that you leave the caravan in the condition you find it.
